There are no refunds on books with autographs or customized messages. Returns will only be accepted if there are printing concerns (i.e., missing pages, illegible font etc.) at which you must return the novel to the address listed below. Upon receipt of your returned book and verification of the printing concern, you will receive a new book free of shipping cost.
